Health Canada is updating its Guidance on Mandatory
Incident Reporting under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act -
Section 14 Duties in the Event of an Incident and is launching a
consultation on the proposed changes. Stakeholder feedback
comments must be submitted by April 30, 2013.
