March is Fraud Prevention Month. The Competition
Bureau has a fraud prevention portal to help
you recognize fraud and take action to report and stop it.
The Bureau also makes available the Canadian edition of
"The Little Book of Scams", which
provides information on various types of scams, including charity,
internet and service scams. Organizations need to protect
themselves and be cognizant of scams that may be occurring in their
names.
