On June 24, 2013, the Canada Revenue Agency released a new
Guidance entitled "Charitable Purposes and Activities that
Benefit Youth". The Guidance, which is quite detailed
and helpful, provides insight into the factors that the CRA
considers when determining whether an organization established to
benefit youth is eligible for registration as a charity.
