In March 2013, the Canada Revenue Agency agreed to delay
revoking the charitable staus of May or Joe Fontana's Trinity
Global Support Foundation until the charity had its day in
Court. That day occurred on April 18 at the Federal Court of
Appeal, and on April 23rd, the Court dismissed the charity's
appeal. The revocation may be due to Trinity's link to
Global Learning Giffine Initative, a program that has been termed
by the CRA as "an illegitimate tax shelter".
Trinity may appeal the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal.
