On May 4, 2015, the Ministry of the Environment published Ordinance No. 100, extending the deadline for registration with CAR for 1 year, as of May 5, 2015. Such Ordinance is supported by the Decree No. 8.439, from April 29, 2015, which transferred the power to extend such deadline from the President of the Republic to the Ministry of the Environment.
