The CFTC published the 2016 schedule of fees for overseeing the rule
enforcement programs of regulated exchanges (designated contract
markets or "DCMs") and the National Futures
Association. Each year, the CFTC recalculates the fees,
which are based on "direct program costs, plus an overhead
factor." For 2016, the assessed fee change is based on an
average of actual program costs incurred during fiscal years 2013,
2014 and 2015.
