Schleswig-Holstein ("ULD") warned companies of a fax sent by a fake
authority going by the name
"Datenschutzauskunft-Zentrale" falsely informing
companies of a requirement to fill out a form to comply with data
protection legal obligations (source document in German). The ULD
stated that the "Datenschutzauskunft-Zentrale"
is not an official authority.
