CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Womble Bond Dickinson's Allen O'Rourke about cybersecurity law entitled "How to Best Protect Your Data and Limit Your Legal Liability When Data Is Breached" for NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association.

In this November 30 webinar, attendees will learn cybersecurity law basics, discuss data protection and network security recommendations, and review the importance of the attorney-client privilege doctrine when establishing procedures and processes to prevent cyberattacks and limit liability associated with cyber breach incidents and recovery.

O'Rourke will be joined in the discussion by Bennet & Bennet PLLC Managing Partner Carri Bennet and CyberESI Chief Commercial Officer Andy Silberstein.
