Scott Goldschmidt commented on the
recent executive order directing federal institutions to examine
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at universities
with endowments exceeding $1 billion.
"I don't think schools were necessarily surprised by
the order coming out. I think the devil is going to be in the
details of what guidance and kind of how the administration is
planning to implement it," said Scott.
