SEC Division of Corporation Finance (the "Division") Acting Director Shelley E. Parratt will retire following 35 years with the agency. Ms. Parratt joined the Division in 1986 and has served as deputy director since 2003. Ms. Parratt also served as Acting Director of the Division three separate times.

The SEC did not announce who will serve as the Division's next Director.
