2016 was a big year for Kaden Boriss' Insurance Law Practice.
We continued to act as the law firm of choice for a number of insurers and have been able to attract a number of impressive clients to our firm.
It was a successful year for litigation, with the firm obtaining a number of favourable results across jurisdictions from the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission to the State Law Courts and we eagerly await some outstanding judgments which will be delivered early in the new year.
We expect the growth of our insurance team to continue in 2017 both through our existing clients and new clients. We are also committed to our new Melbourne office and the organic growth of our insurance team from our increased presence throughout Eastern Seaboard of Australia.
Kaden Boriss remains committed to insurance as a core area of practice and is eager to continue the progression of this dynamic area of our firm.
