Besides his scholarly activities in international law at the University of Santiago de Compostela, he is a well-known practitioner in the areas of international trade and intellectual property, including in related litigation and arbitration, and has worked in the past for the Italian firm Pacilio & Partners and for Oracle EMEA. In the job description of Luis Garcia, who will be involved in the review of existing best-friends networking relationships in South America, there will also be the task of raising the awareness of Studio Legale Sutti's Spanish clients, further to the accession to the EU of Bulgaria and Romania, of the leading practices established by the firm in those countries since the turn of the century.»
