The London and Cambridge Technology team advised Ameba on its $7.1 million seed round led by Hedosophia. Visionaries Club reinvested, having led Ameba's pre-seed round which Goodwin also advised Ameba on, and Anamcara participated as well.
Ameba is an AI-driven platform that provides unmatched, real-time, bespoke and actionable insights to procurement and logistics teams on every product across any supply chain. Specifically, the platform uses AI on top of existing software to bring together multiple sources of data in multiple languages into a single 'source of truth' for brands. The London-based company was founded by Cedrik Hoffmann and Craig Massie.
Hedosophia is a London-based global investment firm supporting category defining technology companies.
The deal team consisted of Adam Thatcher, Ella Donegan and George Fagan.
