The Am Law list is one of the most recognized rankings in the legal industry. Taft is also ranked 84 on the Am Law 100, which ranks the largest firms in the United States by revenues.
Taft has more than 875 attorneys across nine major markets – eight in the Midwest (Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis) as well as Washington, D.C. As a result of substantial organic growth and strategic mergers in expansion markets, the firm has grown its revenues to more than 400% of what they were at the beginning of 2017, while its lawyer headcount is approximately 275% of what it was at such time.
