Czech News - Feb 97 - The Law On Alcoholic Spirits

The parliament passed a law which sets conditions for commercial production, modification and circulation of spirits. The law should prevent the substitution of one type of alcohol for another with a different excise tax rate. The law also limits the production and modification of spirits to persons granted a special licence.
