The Palestinian Trademark Office has issued a new trademark application form in which it is made essential to include the Arabic translation of the application in case it is written in a foreign language.
There are other updates with regards to trademark filing in Palestine. Accordingly, during the trademark filing, a simply signed PoA shall be submitted if only the original one is legalized before the Palestinian Consulate within three months of the trademark filing.
Publication fee shall not be paid along with the trademark filing fee. Accordingly, once the Trademark Office renders the publication decision for the said application, then the publication fee shall be deposited.
