The DIFC Authority has recently announced the release of the new
DIFC Employment Law, which has come into force on 28 August 2019.
We have prepared a series of short videos to address some of the
key enhancements and implications of the new Employment Law that
every DIFC-based employer should be aware of. In this video, Ben
Brown outlines the key changes to paternity leave and protection
against discrimination.
Having advised the DIFC Authority on the new law, our employment
team is uniquely placed to help employers prepare for its
introduction.
The content of this article is intended to provide a general
guide to the subject matter. Specialist advice should be sought
about your specific circumstances.
