"Carey Olsen is the only offshore law firm with a fully-staffed 'Channel Islands desk' in Asia, meaning we can offer our Asia-based clients a complete suite of multi-jurisdictional legal services in their time zone."

Ben Morgan, head of corporate in Carey Olsen's Guernsey office, said: "We are delighted to have Andrew back in the team. His expertise will enable us to service the ever-growing demand for specialist fund, corporate and finance advice in Asia, particularly in respect of complex cross-border transactions."
