A group of some 50 students from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law recently visited SSEK Legal Consultants to learn the legal ins and outs of mergers and acquisitions from leading practitioners.

SSEK's Jonathan M. Streifer led the full-day seminar, which gave the UI law students an inside look at M&A transactions from the lawyers of SSEK, who regularly advise on large cross-border deals.

Jonathan Streifer is a senior foreign counsel at SSEK. He has more than 20 years of experience living and working in Jakarta as a corporate lawyer, during which time he has assisted numerous multinationals and domestic companies with projects and transactions across nearly every sector of the Indonesian economy.
