The 27 March 2019 has been set as an indicative date for the European Parliament sitting to vote on the proposed Crowdfunding Regulation. Such a proposal, which is not intended to replace national regimes, will primarily 'scale up' crowdfunding services while further augmenting access to finance particularly for start-ups and SMEs. Another objective of the same is to bestow investors with all the necessary information on crowdfunding.
