Furthermore to the unanimous parliament approval of the Virtual
Financial Asset bill, the Innovative Technology Arrangements and
Services bill, and the Malta Digital Innovation Authority bill,
today on the 20th July, the Maltese president has
promulgated the afore mentioned bills into acts, rendering them
effective laws as of today. Making Malta one of the first
jurisdictions to offer an effective legislative framework for
blockchain and virtual currencies.
