The Malta Financial Services Authority has today published a
Consultation Paper on a Rulebook to regulate the role of Virtual
Financial Asset Agents. This Rulebook is intended to compliment the
provisions on VFA Agents set out in the Virtual Financial Assets
Act.
Interested parties are encouraged
to provide their feedback to the Malta Financial Services Authority
by no later than the 31st of July 2018. The Consultation paper can
be found here.
