Olexiy Soshenko, Managing Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice, and Counsel Olena Polyakova contributed a chapter on Ukraine to the 7th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Project Finance 2018 ("ICLG").

The ICLG provides a practical cross-border insight into project finance across 29 jurisdictions, covering common issues in project finance laws and regulations, including security, bankruptcy, restrictions, tax, insurance and arbitration.

The chapter on Ukraine focuses on an overview of the main trends and deals in the project finance market, and a discussion of Ukrainian legislation governing the taking and enforcing of security, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, foreign investment and ownership restrictions, government approvals, political risk protections, tax, and dispute resolution.
