Chilean firm Carey has helped LATAM Airlines issue four sets of bonds worth US$360 million.

Barros & Errázuriz Abogados advised JPMorgan Chase in the registration and placement of the bonds. Brokerage company Euroamérica Corredores de Bolsa was initial purchaser and hired Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados.

The transaction was made in two tranches. The first consisted of two sets of bonds worth US$103 million each, due in 2022. The second tranche included two bond issuances worth US$76 million each and due in 2018.

The deal closed on 17 August.
