9. Brief and precise designation of the Layout-Design which shall consist of the title of the Layout-Design indicating the matter to which it relates or indicating the field to which the article in which it is intended to be incorporated or has been incorporated relates
10. Where the application was accompanied by a copy of the Layout-Design, a drawing thereof shall be filed within a period of one month
11. Whether the Layout-Design has been commercially exploited anywhere else in the world and if so:
(a) the countries in which it has already been commercially exploited; and
(b) the date of first commercial exploitation.
