On May 12, the Colombian Supreme Court delivered a ruling (source document in
Spanish) on the "Right to be Forgotten." The plaintiff
filed a lawsuit against a newspaper that published an online
article discussing her name in connection with a crime for which
she was not convicted. Finding that her civil rights were violated,
the court ordered the newspaper to prevent access to the online
article when internet users searched for news related to the
crime.
