Claims by non-profit making members' sports clubs for overpaid VAT on supplies of sporting services made to non-members

HMRC publishes guidance for members' clubs on repayment claims following the European Court of Justice's decision in Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club Ltd (Case C-495/12) that supplies of sporting services by members' clubs to non-members are exempt.
