Zyda Law are advising Britaniacrest Recycling on a statutory
challenge against the Secretary of State's refusal of an appeal
against Surrey County Council. Surrey County Council refused a
planning application for the construction of a building as an
extension to the existing tipping/waste reception hall at their
long established site which lies on Green Belt land.
Britaniacrest Recycling provide a professional waste management
