Ukrainian government amended and approved a list of medical
products which will be taxed at 7% VAT (Resolution № 410 of
03 September 2014) while importing and selling.
To review the respective resolution reflecting the list of such

All other medical products, not included in the list, are
subject to the standard VAT rate – of 20%.
