On 21 September 2012, the AFM published its preliminary plans
for 2013. The AFM has included the following supervisory themes in
its programme for next year:
- transparent and suitable pensions
- improved quality of governance, reporting and auditing
- honest and efficient operation of securities markets and a
sustainable infrastructure
- supervision of conduct contributing to the stability of the
financial system
- targeted and swift action on serious violations of
integrity
