Ethisphere’s Mexico City Ethics Summit will convene ethics and compliance leaders from across the Americas to share best practices for building cultures of integrity and trust in global businesses. This program will provide an opportunity for participants to share thoughts and insights around the latest trends in ethics and compliance program development and strategy, as well as put a spotlight on the best practices being implemented by E&C leaders.

Morrison & Foerster is proud to not only be one of Ethisphere’s global partners, but to have two of its lawyers speak at the conference in Mexico City. Ruti Smithline, partner in MoFo’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Criminal Defense Group and a member of the firm’s FCPA + Anti-Corruption Task Force, will participate in a panel discussion focused on anti-corruption issues in Mexico and how to compare and contrast these issues with the global anti-corruption landscape. Partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office and Global Co-Head of the firm’s FCPA + Anti-Corruption Practice James Koukios will moderate a panel discussion that will explore the inner-workings of investigations and how to improve these processes.
