CFTC Rescinds International Exchange FBOT Registration

The CFTC revoked the foreign board of trade
("FBOT") registration of Eurex Zurich AG
("EZAG") due to the discontinuance of trading activities
on, and the closure of, that exchange.
According to the Order of Revocation of Registration, the CFTC
originally had granted FBOT registration to EZAG on May 30,
2017.
