Brian Quintenz was sworn in as a Commissioner of the CFTC. Mr. Quintenz was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate on August 3, 2017 (see previous coverage).
Mr. Quintenz was the Founder, Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Saeculum Capital Management LLC. He also worked at the hedge fund Hill-Townsend Capital, and as a legislative aide and senior policy advisor to former House Representative Deborah Pryce (R-OH).
