The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ("FRB") and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") extended the filing deadline for the next resolution plans of nineteen foreign banks and two large domestic bank holding companies.

The banks now will have until December 31, 2018 to address supervisory guidance in their next resolution plan submissions.
