A multi-office group of Orrick partners have authored a guide on the key provisions of French, US and UK anticorruption law. The book provides an overview of France's new Sapin II legislation, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act, and describes the mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption. It also provides clarity on the major factors and provisions within these laws that are now governing the fight against corruption in the world of globalization.

The authors include Fréderic Lalance and Marine Lallemand in Paris, Pamela Davis and Lily Becker in San Francisco and Matthew Lawson in London.

Copies of the guide are available in English here and French here.
