Blog, "Does the Health-Care Industry Have a Handle on
Cybersecurity?," discussed the recent report by the Health Care Industry
Cybersecurity Task Force that makes recommendations to boost
cybersecurity. Day Pitney's Eric Fader was quoted in the
article.
Eric told Bloomberg BNA that the very detailed report has
the potential to spur change within the healthcare industry.
However, Eric said, the "understaffed and currently
distracted" federal government may not be able to tackle more
than a small bit of the report's long list of recommendations
in the near term.
