The SEC Office of Investor Education and Advocacy issued an Investor Bulletin for Adult Protective Services (APS) workers on how to identify and report senior investor fraud.

The Bulletin lists (i) signs and indications that a senior may be a victim of investment fraud, (ii) ways to report senior investment fraud to state securities regulators and other appropriate remedial actions, and (iii) ways to guard against instances of repeated or ongoing senior investment fraud attempts.
