New Jersey's primary 2017 local property tax appeal filing deadline is April 1, 2017.  At no charge, our Real Estate Tax Appeal Group will review, analyze and recommend whether an appeal is warranted for commercial, industrial and multi-family properties.  We typically handle tax appeals on a contingent fee basis so that there is no cost to the client unless we are successful in reducing taxes.

We offer the same service for properties located in Pennsylvania, New York and other states, some of which have approaching filing deadlines as well.

Our Tax Appeal Group consists of seven attorneys, who are very well-recognized for their experience and achievements.  The Group includes four former New Jersey Tax Court law clerks (where tax appeals are heard), current and former Certified Tax Assessors, a licensed commercial real estate appraiser, a current and two past Chairs of the New Jersey Bar Association's Tax Section and two Chairs of the Bar Association's Property Tax Subcommittee.  For more information on the make-up of the group, please visit www.archerlaw.com.
