Litigation partner Gary P. Naftalis and counsel Michael S. Oberman co-authored a chapter in the fourth edition of the treatise "Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts," a litigator's practice guide that covers every aspect of commercial litigation in federal court, published by Thomson West and the ABA. Mr. Naftalis and Mr. Oberman's chapter "Venue, Forum Selection and Transfer," examines this subject matter in depth with real-world experience and has 16 checklist items and five sample forms. They previously co-authored this chapter for the first three editions of the treatise.

Litigation associate Jared I. Heller assisted in the preparation of the chapter, in the third edition of the book, and Intellectual Property associate Shannon H. Hedvat and Litigation associate Michael A. Cohen assisted with the fourth edition.

The book was reviewed in the New York Law Journal's Lawyer's Bookshelf on Feb. 21, 2017.
