Effective March 1, 2017, Park Impact Fees will be assessed on new residential developments throughout the City of Orlando. The fees are as follows:
$966 – for each new single-family home | $825 – for each new multi-family unit
The City will assess fees in three regions: Southeast, Southwest, and Northern. Note that an increase in school impact fees has been approved as well (click here for more information). To avoid this additional fee, have residential building permits issued prior to the March 1 implementation of Park Impact Fees.
