Jack Plackter was featured in The Haddonfield Sun article, "Looking forward to 2016 with Haddonfield Borough Commissioners." Full text can be found in the January 4, 2016, issue, but a synopsis is below.

A special planning board meeting was recently held in December at which the borough of Haddonfield asked for "the reaffirmation of the Bancroft property as a redevelopment area."

CEO and developer of the Recovery Centers of America (RCA), J. Brian O'Neill, is interested in obtaining the property to open a behavioral health facility in the area.

Fox Rothschild's Jack Plackter, who is speaking on behalf of RCA and O'Neill's holding company, II Hopkins Lane, LLC, revealed that an agreement to sign over the Bancroft property to Haddonfield would be met soon.

According to The Haddonfield Sun, "Plackter said the agreement would sign over O'Neill's agreement of purchase with Bancroft to the borough and, in turn, the borough would agree to allow O'Neill to do renovations and have developmental rights for a residential development on the site."

Plackter believes that an agreement between the two parties would be made at the next planning board meeting.
