Beth L. Weisser was featured in The Legal Intelligencer article "Pa. Senate Committee Eyes Limits on Kane's Job Functions." Full text can be found in the November 17, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

Legal ethics attorneys testified before a state Senate committee on Attorney General Kathleen Kane's ability to function in her position due to the suspension of her law license.

Fox Rothschild's Beth Weisser, a legal ethics attorney who represents lawyers in disciplinary matters, outlined the steps an attorney must take to notify the public of a suspended license, and what legal duties that they are still capable of performing under supervision.

According to Weisser, letterheads, business cards, internet profiles or anything else that may imply that an attorney can practice law must be changed.
