Residents of West Deptford are seeking to prohibit protesting that is directed at and within 100 feet of the property line of a residence in the township. The potential implementation of this ordinance may have First Amendment issues.
"I certainly could see an entity challenging the ordinance as being too restrictive on speech," Michael said.
The measure is up for a final vote on Wednesday, July 15, 2015.
