In response to a petition filed by the Sierra Club, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule on May 22, 2015 requiring 36 states to revise their State Implementation Plans (SIPs) concerning treatment of emissions during periods of startup, shutdown, or malfunction. EPA is issuing a "SIP call" in those states, finding that the SIPs in those states are "substantially inadequate to meet Clean Air Act requirements."We invite you to join this webinar as Mack McGuffey discusses the final rule and its implications.
