From Facebook comments to customer reviews on Yelp to websites such as Walmartsucks.com, consumers have a wide variety of outlets for spreading the bad word about your business. A new, soon-to-be-available top level domain (TLD) name will give internet users yet another way to gripe about companies: dotSucks (.sucks).
