In February, partner Daniel Brooks had the opportunity travel to Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, as a designated observer for the New York City Bar Association. His experience included a first-hand look at the justice system as he attended pretrial hearings for the five detainees charged with organizing and funding the September 11 attacks.
