Fox Partner, Jacqueline Segal, in her capacity as Secretary of the 13,000 member Philadelphia Bar Association, gave the naturalization speech welcoming 72 new citizens from 36 different countries at a ceremony held at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA on February 19, 2015.
