In the July 1, 2014, Federal Register, FDA confirmed the July 30,
2014, effective date of the final rule appearing in the March 17,
2014, Federal Register, which amended the regulation
regarding the confidentiality of data and information in and about
new animal drug application ("NADA") files. The final
rule changes the timing of when certain approval-related
information will be disclosed by the Agency.
