Episode four in our podcast series on the compulsory purchase
regime in England is now ready to download. The aim of the series
is to provide a user friendly explanation of the basics of
compulsory purchase law. In episode three we discussed how a CPO is
prepared and made, having covered the different types of compulsory
purchase powers in episode one and how a CPO is justified in
