"We are seeing consumers are expressing more and more concerns about the trust they can give to organisations that process their data, and a business that gets this right is going to encourage those individuals to do business with it.
I think if any business is looking at what it has to do under GDPR, it sometimes helps to come at it from the position of individuals."
